Stefan Baack war assoziierter Forscher am Alexander von Humboldt Institut für Internet und Gesellschaft.
In seiner Forschung beschäftigte er sich mit den Verbindungen zwischen Hackern und Datenjournalisten und den damit zusammenhängenden Transformationsprozessen durch eine zunehmende ‘Datafizierung’, d.h. einer zunehmenden Quantifizierung und Kategorisierung von Kultur und Gesellschaft.
