Sebastian Felix Schwemer

Sebastian is PhD fellow at the Centre for Information and Innovation Law (CIIR) at University of Copenhagen.

In his research project he analyses licensing arrangements and legislative developments related to streaming in the EU with focus on collective management. Besides, Sebastian is primarily interested in policy-related questions on copyright law and the Internet and intrigued by entrepreneurial approaches to law by means of automation, machine learning or AI.

Sebastian has several years of professional experience in working with technology startups in different roles and holds a M.Sc. degree from Copenhagen Business School and the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, as well as a law degree from Ludwig-Maximilians University, Germany.
