Ali Aslan Gümüsay, Prof. Dr.

Ali Aslan Gümüsay ist Leiter der Forschungsgruppe Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Gesellschaft am HIIG sowie Professor für Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Nachhaltigkeit an der LMU München. 

Zuvor war er Visiting Researcher an der University of Cambridge, Postdoktorand an der Universität Hamburg und DAAD Prime Fellow an der WU Wien. Er studierte Management an der Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, wo er auch promoviert wurde. Von 2014 bis 2016 war er Lecturer in Management am Magdalen College, University of Oxford. Vor seiner Promotion arbeitete er als Berater bei der Boston Consulting Group.

Beim HIIG koordiniert Ali Gümüsay die Projekte an der Schnittstelle von Wirtschaft, Digitalisierung und Gesellschaft. Zu den Themen bestehender Projekte gehören KI & Arbeit, digitales Organisieren & Offenheit, Plattformen und Ökosysteme sowie digitales Unternehmertum & Nachhaltigkeit. Seine eigene Forschung besteht aus vier Bereichen: (1) Werte, Sinn und Hybridität in unternehmerischen Kontexten; (2) gesellschaftliche Herausforderungen, Nachhaltigkeit und neue Formen des Organisierens; (3) Digitalisierung, Management und Innovation sowie (4) Wissenschaft, Zukünfte und Impact.

    Die Task Force Digital Organizing ist eine Gruppe von Forschern, die sich mit den Auswirkungen digitaler Praktiken auf den Organisationsprozess befasst.
