Ali Aslan Gümüsay, Dr.
Ali Aslan Gümüsay ist Forschungsgruppenleiter Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Gesellschaft am Humboldt Institut für Internet und Gesellschaft (HIIG) sowie Habilitand an der Universität Hamburg. Ali leitet auch das DFG-Netzwerk „Grand Challenges & New Forms of Organizing“.
Zuvor war Ali DAAD Prime Fellow. Er studierte Management an der Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, wo er auch promoviert wurde. Von 2014 bis 2016 war er Lecturer in Management am Magdalen College, University of Oxford. Vor seiner Promotion arbeitete er als Berater bei der Boston Consulting Group.
Beim HIIG koordiniert Ali alle Projekte mit Bezug auf digitale Innovation und digitales Unternehmertum. Zu den Themen bestehender Projekte gehören (soziales) digitales Unternehmertum, Plattformen, KI, digitale Transformation, und offene Innovation. Ali’s eigene Forschung besteht aus vier Bereichen: Werte, Sinn & Hybridität in Entrepreneurship; gesellschaftliche Herausforderungen, Innovation & neue Formen des Organisierens; gesellschaftliche Komplexität und Wissenschaft; sowie Digitalisierung, KI und die Zukunft der Arbeit/Führung.
