 tet das vor kurzem initiierte Global Network of Internet & Society Centers
  (NoC) ein Symposium am 23. Mai 2013. Im Folgenden finden Sie weitere\, en
 glischsprachige Informationen zur Veranstaltung. \n\nIn collaboration with
  Bilgi University Istanbul\, the recently launched global Network of Inter
 net &amp\; Society Centers (NoC)\, is hosting a symposium on 23 May 2013 t
 o explore the impact of ICT laws on innovation and entrepreneurship by ana
 lysing recent developments in and around Turkey\, identifying challenges a
 nd opportunities\, and sharing lessons learned from other countries. The N
 oC is a collaborative initiative jointly launched by several academic inst
 itutions with a focus on interdisciplinary research on the development\, s
 ocial impact\, policy implications\, and legal issues concerning the Inter
 net. It aims to increase interoperability between participating centres in
  order to collectively confront transnational issues on a global level. As
  a member of the NoC\, the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet a
 nd Society shares the hope that the Istanbul meeting will serve as an oppo
 rtunity to talk about the vision of a networked community of international
  collaborators. Participants are invited to define and identify mechanisms
  for collaboration\, research\, informal coordination and development of c
 ollective capacity that would be beneficial to the NoC.\n\nFor further det
