Whether you\u2019re at the dawn of your digital journey or have fully integrated educational technology into your curriculum, we invite individuals affiliated with these study programs to apply (e.g. educators, professors, institutional leaders, administrators, IT and support staff).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What&#8217;s in it for You?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our goal is to share our expertise and give insights into your institution\u2019s digital journey. By joining our project, we offer you the opportunity to explore and learn how educational technology can shape the creativity and resilience of your institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Deep Dive:<\/strong> Gain unparalleled insight into your institution&#8217;s digital transformation journey. Our fieldwork will unfold in two stages: the first winter\/spring 2024, followed by the second in winter\/spring 2025. As a participant, you will be asked to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Open the Gates:<\/strong> Give our research team access to your institution, knowing that confidentiality and anonymity are our top priorities in the research process.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Key Liaison:<\/strong> Nominate a liaison partner within your institution to facilitate communication with our research team, identify key contacts for interviews, and to serve as a point of contact.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Project Background<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In recent years, the world of higher education has undergone a digital transformation, sparking a multitude of questions about the role that educational technology will play in shaping the future of our universities. In the research project, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hiig.de\/en\/project\/future-of-educational-technology\/\">Organisational Resilience and Creativity: Exploring the Future of Educational Technology in Higher Education (ORC)<\/a>, we are embarking on an investigation of the dynamic interplay between educational technology, creativity and the resilience of higher education institutions.
