Vivien Hard is a student assistant in the research project “Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge Work”, and a former student assistant in the research project “Participation on Digital Platforms”.
She studies socio-cultural studies at the Viadrina University in Frankfurt (Oder), as part of which she recently completed a semester at Science Po in Lille, France. Previously she completed her bachelor’s degree in political science and law at Leuphana University in Lüneburg, for which she spent a semester abroad as well at Loughborough University in Great Britain. In her bachelor thesis, she analysed debates in the Bundestag on the subject of data retention. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree, she worked as an intern in opinion research, lobbying and public affairs. Furthermore, she has been a member of the Berlin Debating Union since 2017.
