Stella Gott

Stella Gott is a student research assistant in the ‘New Technologies and the Future of Law’ research group. She is interested in normative questions concerning society at the intersection of philosophy, law and technology.

She is currently studying for a Master’s degree in Philosophy, specialising in Practical Philosophy, at the Free University of Berlin. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Political Science at the University of Regensburg. She has a particular interest in questions of justice. After writing her Bachelor’s thesis on the concept of justice, she is now working on her Master’s thesis on the ownership of digital data. She is a regular contributor to the philosophy magazine.

Before working at the HIIG, Stella gained experience in various places, including the Advocacy and Communications department at Human Rights Watch, the Institute of Philosophy and the Graduate Centre at the University of Regensburg, and the Goethe-Institut in Côte d’Ivoire during an internship.
