Felix Francke

Felix Francke studied political science in Erlangen and Manchester. Between 2012 and 2017 he researched European net neutrality regulation as part of the “Media Policy in International Comparison” graduate programme, a cooperation between TU Chemnitz and Mittweida University of Applied Sciences. He also initiated work on the intersections between civic co-responsibility and digitalisation at the Stiftung Zukunft Berlin foundation.
 
At the Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society, Felix is part of the Management Team as Project Manager for Events and Knowledge Transfer.
