Sonja Köhne works as a researcher in the research project _Gemeinsam digital. Before that she was student assistant for the Third Engagement Report.
She completed her Bachelor in Media and Communication Sciences at Erasmus University Rotterdam and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Afterwards, she finished her Master in Human Resource Management. In her Master thesis, Sonja studied the effects of emotional contagion in leadership situations on employee performance.
After completing her Master’s degree, Sonja spent five years working in the field of Human Resource Management and HR Information Systems, before pursuing another Master‘s degree in Digital Communication at University of the Arts Berlin.
