Diverse norms, values, and beliefs increasingly encounter each other in a pluralistic yet interconnected world. Conflict potential is growing. To achieve organizational unity in diversity regardless, leaders should empower and enable themselves and their employees to engage with risen complexity. For this, elastic hybridity may be a key concept, which allows one organization to be paradoxically different things to different people at the same time. Overall, leaders ought to strive for complexity empowerment and ambiguity appreciation. They also need to actively address societal grand challenges and the role of religions in their organizations.
