Für den Erfolg kleiner und mittlerer Unternehmen (KMU) ist es aufgrund des digitalen Wandels unerlässlich, dass die Beschäftigten ihre Kompetenzen kontinuierlich auf dem aktuellen Stand halten und erweitern. Oftmals führt Ressourcenmangel jedoch nur zu punktuellen Maßnahmen oder lässt das Thema Weiterbildung gänzlich in den Hintergrund treten. Dieser Beitrag stellt drei idealtypische Phasen vor, um den Status quo und die Weiterbildungsbedarfe in KMU zu kategorisieren.
