Li-hsien Chang

Li-hsien Chang is a research assistant in the research group “Data, Actors, Infrastructures” at The Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society (HIIG) and primarily supports the workshop “Data Governance Smart City Mobility” of the Internet Governance Forum (IGF) 2019.

Before joining HIIG, Li-hsien gained extensive experience in adult education and training. While working as a research assistant for “Active Aging Learning Programm”, which from the Taiwanese Ministry of Education sponsored, she was responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of training programs and international conferences, as well as the communication and coordination between 30 senior education centers.

She is currently studying a Master’s degree program “Adult Education and Lifelong Learning” at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Digitalization, E-learning, elderly education and e-health are her research interests.
