Juliane supports the Gemeinsam digital team as a student assistant in the design and realization of the so-called Learn.Match.Partner. workshops. The aim of these workshops is to not only establish contacts, but to facilitate cooperations between medium-sized companies and start-ups in line with the specific digital challenges in the respective business sector. In this way, small and medium-sized companies can be supported with innovative solutions in their digital transformation journey – in an uncomplicated manner and without major investment expenditure.
Juliane is currently studying Media and Political Communication (MA) at the FU Berlin. A topic she has been working on for a long time, not only academically, is the processing and solving of political problems by involving citizens. Before joining the HIIG, she worked as a moderator for citizen participation (online and offline), most recently for a Berlin based agency for understanding-oriented communication. Since her semester abroad at the VUB in Brussels, innovation in digital media from the user’s perspective as well as topics related to data protection and privacy have been at the top of her agenda.
