Bruna Toso de Alcântara

Ph.D. student in the Postgraduate Program in International Strategic Studies (PPGEEI) at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, with a Master’s Degree in International Strategic Studies from the same university and a degree in International Relations from the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), Brazil.She is a member of the Brazilian Association of Defense Studies (ABED), the Brazilian Association of International Relations (ABRI) and the International Studies Association (ISA).Currently she is enrolled as an Exchange PhD Student at Humboldt University in the Social Sciences Department.

At the HIIG, she is a Fellow in Research Program II: Data, Actors, and Infrastructures. Where she will be developing her doctoral research on States perspectives on Cyber ​​Power.
