in the doctoral programme Internet and Society
Starting September 1, 2012, the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society (HIIG) is offering doctoral positions (65% TVL 13, plus children, literature and travel allowances) for early-stage researchers in the field of Internet and society.
Besides specified mentoring agreements, regular presentations and mentoring appointments will be scheduled in order to facilitate sufficient scope for the development of independent research projects. The candidates will be directly integrated in a team of experienced researchers from different disciplines and be involved in the Institute’s current research projects.
We are looking for motivated early-stage researchers with innovative, transdisciplinary-oriented approaches who are interested in the visionary planning and shaping of a digital networked future open to everyone.
Applications will be accepted until May 31, 2012.
