Annemarie Mutscher

Annemarie Mutscher has been part of the management team since October 2020. As Executive Assistant and Office Manager, she is responsible for key organizational and administrative processes. Since May 2025, she has also taken on HR-related responsibilities in her role as HR Manager and serves as the primary point of contact for employees on all personnel matters.

She holds a dual degree in Tourism Business Administration, which provided her with a solid foundation in general business management as well as in-depth knowledge of the tourism industry. Her academic training was complemented by practice-oriented phases across various business areas, further enhancing her professional skills.

Following her studies, she gained international experience through a multi-month internship with a local tour operator in Lisbon.

From 2013 to 2020, she worked as a Senior Project Manager and Team Lead in travel and event management. In this role, she was independently responsible for the conception, planning, and execution of complex events and served as a key liaison between clients, business partners, and participants. In addition to her operational duties, she was also in charge of team resource planning and workload management.
