She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Communication in Social and Economic Contexts at the University of the Arts and is currently enrolled in the research-oriented Master’s degree building on this foundation. Her studies focus on the intersection between technology, media and society. In her final thesis, she focused intensively on the implications of technologies and their transformation with regard to justice and diversity in digital public spheres. She was particularly interested in questions of power, inclusion and self-determination in the digital space, which brought her closer to digitalization research. During her studies, she worked at the Chair of Strategic Communication at the university and also gained experience in socio-political communication.
In addition to her studies, Anna is involved in voluntary political education in schools and supports education about fake news and disinformation.
